We are establishing a Global Capability Center (GCC) focused on building a world-class product, data, and technology team. We are looking for a CEO and Co-Founder with strong sales experience, particularly with US-based customers, to lead this initiative.
Role Overview:
As CEO and Co-Founder, you will drive the strategy, operations, and growth of our GCC. Your role will include building and leading a high-performing team, driving sales and business development in the US market, and establishing key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Leadership: Drive sales and growth with US-based customers, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve revenue targets.
• Team Building: Recruit and lead a top-tier product, data, and technology team to scale the GCC.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the vision, operational strategy, and growth plan for the GCC.
• Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, financial planning, and ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Innovation and Growth: Guide product and technology strategy, stay ahead of market trends, and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Proven sales experience with US-based customers and a strong network in the market.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with experience scaling tech-driven organizations.
