About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Completes a broad variety of business & administrative tasks for the CEO
• Managing emails and a very active calendar of appointments
• Completing expense reports and noting minutes of meetings
• Composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential
• Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and daily agendas and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
• Hosting/chairing meetings, and conferences & ensuring following up on actions & deliverables of all stakeholders involved
• Planning, coordinating, and ensuring the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
• Providing "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office
• Communicating directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with the other stakeholders on matters related to daily operational activities
• Researching, prioritizing, and following up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
• Working with stakeholders to determine the appropriate course of action or response to be given to the team members & providing a briefing of the issue/solution to the management team/CEO
• Preparing presentations for the CEO and other stakeholders for review the CEO/stakeholders
• Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments
