Job Description
We are actively hiring for the below-mentioned role for our client who's also funded by one of the largest investment banks. (Please note it's not a banking/consulting client) It's a B2C product based company.
Designation :
Corporate Development & Strategy
- Drive market understanding, competition landscaping and long-term strategy for the company
- Help identify and evaluate new business lines/ models in line with the overall business strategy of the company/ group esp. inorganic growth opportunities
- Liaise with external stakeholders - both at company and group level.
- Drive investor relations, board presentations and discussions
