A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Educator at our beautiful purpose built centre. Preference for someone that either has a Cert III, Diploma, Early Childhood Teacher or is working towards their Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification.

About the role:

Deliver planning, implementation, assessment and review of high quality and diverse educational program based on appropriate curriculum frameworks and with reference to the NQS.

Ensuring that the program promotes children’s agency, choices and influence.

Writing observations and analyse children's progression and development

Assist in the documentation of children’s learning in accordance with the service philosophy and the learning outcomes

Monitor staff interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF

Work cooperatively, ethically and respectfully with other educators, and support each other’s professional development.

About you:

Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently working towards this)

Strong Knowledge and experience of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)

Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
