Job Description
Turtletot Childcare is a 91 place centre located in the heart of Bexley. We are seeking talented and motivated Educators with Certificate III and Diploma Qualifications to join our team. Successful candidates will work 40 hours a week, with a rotating roster and monthly RDO (under normal business conditions). Key duties relate to the provision of high-quality early childhood education and care. This includes: designing and implementing quality curriculum experiences; working in partnership with children and families; and working as a member of a dynamic team. Your roles and responsibilities include:
Flexible with availability and be able to work between 7:30am-6:00pm.
Energetic and positive attitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated understanding of Child Protection Laws and the responsibilities associated with being a Mandatory Reporter.
Demonstrated organisational skills, including time management, attention to detail, ability to prioritise and work to a deadline.
Ability to create a unique play-based learning curriculum that enhances the learning and development of children.
