Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bank Teller located in Dover, DE. The Bank Teller will handle daily teller operations including processing deposits, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. They will assist customers with their banking needs, answer inquiries, and ensure the accuracy of transactions. The Bank Teller will also maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all security and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Teller Operations and Deposits

• Strong Cash Handling skills

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with banking software

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous banking or cash handling experience is a plus
