Job Description
1. Increase the free & paid listing in Justdial Platform
2. Specific responsibilities while meeting customers
i. Identify the business owner/decision maker
ii. Present Justdial Offerings & Benefits along with Demo
iii. Collect business information (About company, products & services)
iv. Explain & Suggest the right advertisement product with costing, tenure, features
v. Focus on adhering the sales protocols and policies
vi. Convince the business owners to enroll as paid listing
vii. Manage sales & post-sales queries of customers
viii. Responsible to update GEO Code photos of the customer business
CIC are expected to deliver the following & associated skillsets need to be validated
1. Understanding customer needs
2. Clarity on Return on Investment
3. Suggesting right product
4. Presenting the value creation
5. Creating need to customer
6. Manage multiple meetings with clients for presenting Justdial Advertisement Product
Pre-Requisites
1. Smart Phone
2. Minimum Graduate - Freshers / Experienced
3. Under-Graduates – Exceptions- with a strong track record in sales with 2+ years of experience
5. Strong Regional language fluency & basic English language proficiency
