Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to join our elite team of experts. This role is essential to the delivery of exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, high-end cosmetic surgery environment.
This position is not entry-level.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a cosmetic or plastic surgery practice is required — no exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons during cosmetic consultations, procedures, and post-operative visits
Prepare and room patients while maintaining a calm, luxury-focused experience
Perform clinical duties including vitals, injections assistance, dressing changes, and post-op care
Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and post-operative instructions
Maintain strict adherence to safety, sterility, and compliance standards
Accurately document patient interactions in EMR systems
Coordinate seamlessly with providers, surgical coordinators, and consultants
Take quality before and after photos
Required Qualifications
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) — active and in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a cosmetic or plastic surgery practice
Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, terminology, and patient flow
Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Confident, polished bedside manner appropriate for a luxury practice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
Preferred Experience
Experience assisting with cosmetic procedures (face, breast, body, injectables, post-op care)
Familiarity with cosmetic EMR systems
Prior experience in a luxury medical or aesthetic setting
