Role Description
We are seeking a Certified Medical Biller for a full-time, on-site position at our Atlanta, GA office. The Certified Medical Biller will be responsible for managing all aspects of the medical billing process, including claims submission, coding, payment processing, insurance verification, and handling denials. They will collaborate with providers, insurance companies, and patients to ensure accurate and timely financial processes, contributing to a seamless experience for both the practice and its patients.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and familiarity with ICD-10 coding
• Experience managing insurance claims, including working with Medicare
• Proven skills in addressing and resolving claim Denials
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Certification as a Medical Biller or related qualification required
• Experience in dental or sleep medicine billing is a plus
• Proficiency with medical billing software and basic computer skills
