We are currently seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic women’s health team in Phoenix, AZ. What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife who is skilled in both outpatient and inpatient care. You are passionate about women’s health, value patient education, and excel in collaborative care environments. You bring sound clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and a deep commitment to empowering your patients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care
Attend and manage vaginal deliveries; assist in cesarean births as needed
Conduct well-woman exams, contraception counseling, and routine screenings
Deliver immediate newborn care and address postpartum needs
Respond to obstetric emergencies and escalate care appropriately
Counsel patients on reproductive health, prenatal wellness, and preventive care
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff for coordinated care
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in the EMR system
Follow midwifery best practices and national clinical guidelines
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited U.S.-based nurse-midwifery program
AMCB Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Arizona CNM license (or eligibility for licensure within +0 days)
Current BLS certification (preferred)
Minimum of one year full-scope midwifery experience preferred
