Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide vital sign monitoring and reporting to licensed nursing staff
Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion exercises
Support patients with feeding, mealtime assistance, and hydration
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and services
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and prioritize their needs
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Alabama
0 years of experience (new graduates welcome to apply!)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
CERTIFICATE level of education
Work Schedule:
Full time and Part Time positions available, including days, evenings, and weekends
