Position Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality in-home care services throughout Georgia (Counties we service: Clayton, Cobb, Dekalb, Douglas, Fayette, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Rockdale, and Spaulding) . Team members will deliver care in a respectful, professional, and client-centered manner while assisting with daily living activities.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Personal Care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
In-Home Aide Care
Skilled Nursing Support (CNA only, as assigned)
Post-Surgery Care
Respite Care
Companionship Care
Dementia & Memory Care
Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation
Light Housekeeping
Perform/ Assist with Errands
Qualifications
For All Applicants:
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Previous caregiving or personal care experience (Required)
Valid Georgia Driver’s License
Reliable transportation & proper vehicle insurance
Strong hospitality, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, professional, and dependable
Additional CNA Requirements:
Active Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required)
Experience providing skilled or hands-on nursing care preferred
Physical Requirements
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling and reaching
Frequent use of hands
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
