Job Description
The Identity Governance and Administration team, within the Information Security Office, provides subject matter expertise, and associated security services to business divisions across the enterprise. As a member of the Identity Governance Engineering team the Senior SailPoint Engineer will respond to business issues, and may lead a team on complex configurations, development and/or support related work. This may be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions, which may include company-wide, web-enabled solutions. In this role you will address complex issues where analysis of situations or data an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Adhering to the established life-cycle methodology and practices in accordance with project plans while carrying out their responsibilities. This may include maintaining program libraries and technical documentation of the individual applications.
• Managing and implementing configurations as per the requirements, including a successful unit test
• Understanding business functional/non-functional requirements, policy requirements and tool parameters to ensure successful, quality configurations, conveying any challenges, along with plans to resolve
• Configuration of data aggregation collectors/drivers, and integration with correlation engine
• Configuration and development for Identity Management drivers
• Technical data model and analysis for identity and access data
• API based integration to identity data source and targets
• Completing documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance
• Interacting with partners to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications
• Training users in conversion and implementation of systems
• Providing technical guidance to less experienced technologists
• Reviewing and/or certifying others configurations/code
Qualifications Required Skills/Experience:
• 6 or more years as a Software Engineer, preferably in a large corporate environment
• Working knowledge installing, configuring, and developing within Identity and Access Governance frameworks such as SailPoint IIQ
• SailPoint IIQ Certified professional - Mandatory
• Java development experience in a J2EE environment, JavaScript
• Well versed in DevOps tools such as JIRA, various source code repository technologies
• Proven ability to meet deliverables within established timelines
• Proven service and delivery capability / focus
• Ability to manage complex activities simultaneously to short timescales
• Ability to demonstrate continuous improvement
Education, Certification and/or Other Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer, Engineering, Mathematics or related field, or relevant experience
