Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for leading the organization's financial strategy, governance, and IPO-related initiatives, ensuring robust compliance, financial discipline, and value creation. The role requires deep expertise in capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and strategic financial leadership within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and successfully execute the company's IPO process, including preparation, regulatory filings, due diligence, and coordination with SEBI, stock exchanges, merchant bankers, auditors, and legal advisors.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to the Board and senior management, supporting long-term business growth and capital planning.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the organization.
• Ensure strict adherence to statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, including post-IPO compliance.
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and risk management frameworks.
• Drive effective cash flow management, capital allocation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Lead investor relations, including communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors.
• Manage and mentor the finance leadership team, fostering high standards of accountability and performance.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated leadership in IPO listings and capital market transactions.
• Strong command over Indian accounting standards, SEBI regulations, and corporate laws.
