Responsibilities:
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Basic Requirements: -
· Undergraduate or Graduate
Willing to answer calls from customers and resolve their queries
· Excellent communication skills
· Good written, verbal and listening skills
· Should be open to work in Night Shifts
Designation is Voice Analyst and work location will be Chandigarh I.T
Park
It will be complete work from office.
Any candidates who are pursuing and upcoming examination can join on future dates as well once examinations are over.
