Genpact is hiring for the profile - CHAT SUPPORT (NON-VOICE PROCESS)
Requirements -
-Graduate/ Post Graduate - Pass out (pursuing not eligible)
-Experience - Min. 1 year to Max. 5 years into Voice Process or Non-Voice Process
No other experience are eligible. Must have experience into the same process
-Skills - Voice process, non-voice process, chat support, international chat support, customer support etc.
-Languages - English (Excellent communication needed)
-Location - Uppal-Hyderabad (Work from office only)
-Shift - Night
-Notice Period - Max. 15 Days to 30 days
-CTC - Max. 4 LPA + Incentives + One-Way Cab Facility
Other Criteria -
-No backlogs in graduation
-Excellent communication skills
-Must be willing to work in night shift
-Must be comfortable to relocate to Hyderabad
Preferred Experiences -
-Experience into non-voice bpo into E-Commerce industry is preferred
