About the Role:
We are seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant Supervisor (Level 5) to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team within a luxury hotel environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. You’ll conduct regular floor sweeps, monitor staff performance, and provide support and guidance to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Roster/Hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Location: Broadbeach, Gold Coast
A free meal every shift – lunch or dinner, on us!
Key Responsibilities
Supervision: Oversee and support housekeeping staff in their day-to-day duties.
Quality control: Conduct regular inspections and floor sweeps to ensure rooms and public areas meet hotel standards.
Team leadership: Provide training, coaching, and feedback to team members.
Guest experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and high-quality environment.
Compliance & safety: Ensure all staff follow company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
What we’re looking for
Experience: Previous experience as a Room Attendant; supervisory experience highly regarded.
Leadership skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and workplace safety.
