Overview :
The Chief Transformation Office (CTO) drives and monitors the delivery of the bank's strategic transformation objectives throughout the organization. Within CTO, we are CTO EPM (Enterprise Process Mgmt.) with the objective to define, execute and continuously maintain bank wide process taxonomy & process landscape.
The CTO EPM (Enterprise Process Model) initiative has been created in 2026 under the leadership of the Chief Transformation Office CTO.
Objective of the team is:
• to define a bank-wide taxonomy of business processes maintained on a central platform (process modeling tool), including documentation of process flows where required for internal or external requirements.
• To cover all major Infrastructure and Business units (front office) of DB helping the bank meet process relevant requirements across (i) Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP), (ii) IT Risk Management (EBA ICT), (iii Operational Resilience & (iv) Non-Financial Risk Management
CTO EPM is responsible to:
• Ensures group-wide integrity of the EPM & leads the bank wide Design Authority forum
• Define, design & build and maintain the bank wide process modeling Framework, methodology & integration points with other group-wide control/governance artefacts
• Ensure implementation of a comprehensive process model release management in collaboration with Group Architecture
Role Description:
This role sits within the CTO team and will specifically support key initiatives to enrich bank's process documentation and help it meet the regulatory requirements.
The Change Analyst should possess a developing skillset to support change on a range of different types of initiatives. The typical role involves working with Principal Change Analysts & Change Execution Managers within a programme or project team, as well as personally owning key deliverables. The Change Analyst will work towards developing the broad skill set required to deliver effective change, across e.g. process modeling, project management, process improvement, and presentatons / workshops.

Your key responsibilities:
• Process Modelling & Project execution :Will lead meetings to drive process discovery, process modelling & coordinate sign offEnsure successful execution of all activities that are identified as part of Enterprise Process Model (EPM) Compliance Book of Work for the year.Review existing process models with stakeholders and update process maps in the enterprise-wide toolCreate, maintain & own the tracker of different processes assignedProvide regular updates to senior management on initiative's progress.Maintain oversight of key deliverables and related reporting.Support the Project manager in the delivery of projects as required.
• Reporting & MI :Undertake analysis and provide commentary on process modelling status, overall process governance stages of maps and key risks/issues to management in a timely mannerSuggest & own necessary improvements as required.
• Regulatory & Audit Management :Drive initiates & small projects to address stakeholders observations related to EPM by engaging with relevant stakeholders across the bank.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested information by relevant teams and engage in specific review to address data quality gaps
• Stakeholder management and communication: Coordinate with a diverse set of stakeholders across front office, middle office and back office to help completion of key tasks and activitiesMaintain effective partnerships with divisions and key stakeholders in the bank.Ensure that any sensitive issues are escalated promptly with sound analysis and recommendations.Contribute to the development and build know-how within the team.
Your skills and experience:
• Currently performing at Associate level with at least 5 years of total experience in a similar profile
• Knowledge of Business Process mapping / modelling (2 + years)
• Experience of working in Project management and Governance role (exposure)
• Relevant experience in a similar Global Capability Centre setup engaging with stakeholders across the globe (2+ years)
• Experience working on small to medium scale projects at least within a global environment
• Very strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; e.g. Excel , Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to work in pressurised situations
• Strong work ethic, commitment to excel and proven capacity to work effectively with limited supervision
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship skills
• Ability to clearly articulate and present supported topics
• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken skills)
• Proven ability to manage a team.
