About the role
As the Change Analyst you will support the development, coordination and implementation of change delivery for service design initiatives that deliver improved, and user-focused support services to schools and education support staff.
Your responsibilities include:
Supporting end-to-end change activities to enable successful implementation of service design initiatives
Identifying change impacts and completing gap analysis to ensure robust planning and risks are mitigated in consultation with Lead Change Analyst and Change Manager
Coordinating change implementation plans including preparing clear and consistent communications and documentation
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and engagement to understand and manage change impacts and support delivery of change

About you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Experience contributing to impactful transformation change initiatives, supporting change activity lifecycle from design through to implementation.
High attention to detail and analytical skills to identify change impacts, risk and complete gaps analysis
Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills to build positive and collaborative working relationship with various teams across the department.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to develop clear, structured and visually engaging communication materials
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
Essential requirements of the role
Relevant qualifications in change management or a related discipline and/or relevant experience in a change role.
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
