Job Description
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience influencing user behavior within the team that supports the Knowledge & Design tribe (an agile team that develops and maintains BCG’s digital internal knowledge management products). The role will focus on rolling out digital knowledge product changes to BCG Consulting, Knowledge and Business Support teams, and on influencing user adoption and satisfaction. Please note that this role is focused on company-internal (not client-facing) user adoption activities.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Influencing user behavior to enable product adoption, ideally in an agile software context
• Adopting the end users’ perspective and bringing that lens to the table, making recommendations on product improvements as required
• Being data-driven in your decision making
• Producing convincing and engaging communication
• Being highly organized and driving multiple projects at once with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, from concept to final deliverable
• Managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
• Hosting trainings, demos and presentations as required
• Having high attention to detail
• Working with a virtual team spread-out across time zones
• Prioritizing and problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative and service-oriented environment with a very high-performance culture
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• University degree
• 3 - 5 years of experience in one of the following: consulting, product marketing, behavioral science or change management
• Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)
• Experience of working in agile software development preferred
• Design skills appreciated, but not required
YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Product Marketing, Change Management & Enablement CoE drives adoption and utilization of digital tools across the Knowledge & Design, Digital Collaboration and Personal Productivity tools’ portfolios. The team proactively engages end users through direct communications, marketing and change management activities. They also drive the enablement agenda via training approaches and coaching. The team provides end-to-end product marketing, change management, communications and enablement support to the tribe leaders and product owners—from strategy development to detailed planning and execution
