Job Description Technology is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. Your Team: The CBA India Program team sits within the Technology Performance business. We work across multiple platforms in Technology and the wider Bank to deliver on the CBA India program. This role sits within the CBA India People Change and Comms team. We partner with our project delivery teams, internal business units and key stakeholders across the Group to engage, educate, excite, enable and embed change while always looking to evolve our capability as a team. We build as we continue to execute - this role offers you the opportunity to craft, design and deliver communication strategies for the CBA India program and, while at the same time delivering on current priorities and executing on the plan today. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes and projects, including overseeing all related communications, training and stakeholder engagement Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of the change are well-understood and managed including activities which contribute to post-implementation benefit realisation. Partners with key stakeholder to understand their change needs and provide insights into the stakeholder groups, knowledge and ability gaps. Recommends change management strategies and activities that will reinforce adoption, adaption and acceptance of change. Engage and coach change sponsors and champions. Work closely with platform change reps and workstream leads to ensure insights are translated back into program wide change initiatives. Lead the development of artefacts, including change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement plan and resistance management plan. Ensures all change related materials are readily available and accessible Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes. Support training efforts by providing input on the design and delivery of training programs. Conduct detailed change impact assessments reflecting the impact of change on our people, our business and the Group Develop and deliver fit-for-purpose change solutions and interventions, including communication collateral, training materials, presentations and reference material Skills & Experience: A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously Proven stakeholder engagement experience to be able to manage expectations and drive outcomes A desire to
