Immediate need – Sr BA with Change Management – along with Medicare/Medicaid Project experience – – Remote – Prefer CST/PST candidates

Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in order to identify, evaluate, and recommend business or technical requirements applied to the design and development of systems and networks.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience performing requirements analysis and design documentation review.
Must have minimum of five (5) years’ experience with system change management processes. Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with Federal or State Health and Human Service IT projects such as CalHEERS, State Welfare Medi-Cal projects, Statewide Automated Welfare System, or Medi-Cal Eligibility Data System or comparable. Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience actively participating or facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience reviewing, validating and providing input into either Use Case Scenarios or Test Scripts for a large-scale government IT project
