We’re seeking a hands-on, pragmatic, Change Specialist to join our Marketing & Brand team. Reporting to the Group Manager of Marketing & Brand you’ll support a wide range of projects and play a key role in embedding change leadership across Bethanie. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-focused, and value practical implementation over theory, we want to hear from you.

Based in our office on Hay Street, West Perth

We work a minimum of 3 days in the office per week
About the role

Create and implement structured change management strategies for projects and initiatives, ensuring consistency of the approach to change management and alignment with our Bethanie Behaviours.
Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses to determine the impact of the change on each stakeholder group and understand their concerns and expectations.
Support the successful implementation of change by working collaboratively with Program Managers and Initiative owners to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Scope and develop training plans, requirements, and policies.
Support the design and delivery of training programs and project communications.
Work across both technology and non-technology change initiatives, often managing multiple priorities at once.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption.
Model and promote Bethanie Behaviours in all change management activities
About you

You are a proactive hands-on change management professional with strong organisational skills. You’re comfortable working with diverse teams and projects simultaneously, and adapting to changing priorities. You will also bring:

Demonstrate ability to be organised, adaptable, practical and pragmatic. With a can-do attitude
Proven experience in change management in a project environment, working alongside Project Managers to deliver technology implementations or policy and process changes.
Experience supporting both technology and non-technology change initiatives
Extensive experience in a dedicated change management role with a demonstrated knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated ability to work through others by providing coaching and support to all levels of management to assist them as they guide their teams through transition periods.
Formal qualifications or certification in a recognised change management methodology, with PROSCI certification ideal but not essential.
