Job Role
• Prepare and monitor Collections MIS & Billing for consumer assets and identify opportunities of process improvements
• Responsible for timely delivery MIS reports to business on daily basis and ensure highest accuracy in agency billing and employee incentives
• Generating insights/trends from the allocation/resolution data month on month
• Serving ad-hoc data requirement from business. Creating the analytical dashboards as per business needs.
• Tracking the effectiveness of ongoing strategies and suggesting pockets of improvements
• Develop automation of processes to improve quality & reduce TAT
• Suggesting best ways to harness bureau data and derive insights out of it for higher resolutions
Metrics responsible for
• MIS & billing TAT & accuracy
• Ensuring successful execution of all BAU MIS & billing reports
• Delivery of analytics (collection monitoring ) & special projects identified through business requirement
Job Requirements
Functional:
• 3-6 years' experience in managing MIS operations in Banking Post Graduate
• In depth understanding of Banking products, risk and collections
• Great work attitude and inter-personal skills
• Good man-management skills and vocational skills
• Effective with planning, multitasking and delivering on timelines
• Process orientated with progressive/innovative mindset to improve efficiency.
• Should be excellent team player and supervisor. Technical:
• Basic understanding of Base/Advanced SAS, SQL
• Strong skills in Excel
