About this Role
As a Network / Channel Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence by building and managing a robust network of sales partners, including dealers and agents. You will be responsible for driving channel strategy, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new sales channels; establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agents, and other strategic partners.
Develop and implement effective network strategies to optimize channel structure, expand market coverage, and drive market share growth.
Provide comprehensive product training and marketing support to channel partners to enhance performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets
Comprehensive understanding of Geo Mapping associated tools and systems for PMA allocations.
Regularly, develop and implement robust PMA strategies to analyse network performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimisation.
Generate comprehensive reports on network performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, changes, and performance metrics.
Ensure effective implementation of network policies and full compliance with legal and operational standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the company or senior management.
What We Are Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree or above; preferably in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in automotive market network development or related industries.
Strong team spirit, excellent execution skills, ability to work under pressure, organizational and coordination abilities, and solid negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong, value-driven external relationships.
Results-driven mindset with a comprehensive understanding of sales KPIs and accountability.
Strong business acumen and results-driven approach.
