• Preparing reports in Excel and sharing it to the respective teams
• Calander Management for the reporting manager
• Email Management
• Coordinating of Head of Branch Banking one downs and HR related activities
• Preparation of summaries of meetings, actionables and delegations
• *Preferred candidate profile:**
• Experience in banking industry
• In-depth knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Data analysis and reporting, Pivot Tables and Look Ups, Formulas and Functions, Macros, data validation and organizing large datasets)
• Excellent organization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proven track record in administrative support
• *Note: Experienced candidates with minimum of 5 years in the relevant field will be preferred.**
