Job Description
• Support smooth handling of daily activity for acquisition of merchants from various segments/geographies/Channel
• Provide training to employees / agents on product, pricing and process.
• Provide enablers to sales team for up-selling of various other Bank’s products
• Responsible for monitoring of individual performance.
• Support individual agents grow at least by 15%
• Prepare and submit required data /reports for decision making.
• Generating regular productivity reports and maintain MIS for channel market
• Coordinate with internal stake holders for effective customer service
Key Internal Interactions
• To improve business: Engage with core sales team for lead closure
• To improve service delivery: Engage with outbound contact center, operations, service teams, etc.
Key External Interactions
• To identify new business: External Partners for Alliances and Partnerships.
