Job Purpose
The role caters to topmost client segment of the Bank. While this is not a customer facing role, the candidate is responsible for resolving issues faced by HNI / UHNI customers, working as a cross section between various departments like – assets, cards, technology, Cx etc
Roles & Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring prioritization and resolution of all private banking customer queries
• Build and enhance seamless customer service journeys for wealth management business.
• Framework for timely resolution of customer queries.
• Identifying areas for improvement and formulate strategies to enhance services and interactions
• Strategizing ways to enhance customer experience, whether through process improvements, training, or technology enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross functional departments to ensure faster resolution of queries and complaints raised by Private Banking Clients.
