The Channel Marketing Specialist will support the credit union?s member-facing channels by developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with member needs, competitive insights, and business goals - driving product awareness, member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role manages campaigns across key channels including email, website, social media, in-branch, online banking, mobile app, SMS, direct mail, and paid media.

The ideal candidate is both creative and data-driven, using insights to optimize performance and avoid one-size-fits-all tactics. They also serve as the key link between Marketing and frontline teams by creating internal toolkits like huddle docs and talking points to support cross-selling efforts.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining the marketing calendar, tracking KPIs such as conversion and ROI, supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration. Including contact management and audience segmentation.

Develops and manages integrated marketing campaigns across member-facing channels; email, website, social, in-branch, OLB, Mobile App, SMS, direct mail, paid media, and advertising.
Leverages data and insights to guide targeting, refine messaging, and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
Strengthens alignment between Marketing and frontline teams by creating cross-selling toolkits such as huddle docs, talking points, and other internal resources.
Maintains and executes the integrated marketing calendar and monthly marketing overview to ensure organizational alignment and timely execution.
Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) including product adoption, conversion rates, and ROI, to inform campaign strategy.
Conducts ongoing campaign testing and optimization, adjusting tactics as needed to improve results.
Supports Salesforce Marketing Cloud functions including contact management, audience segmentation, and studio set up and integration.
Performs additional duties as assigned to support marketing goals and team initiatives.
Eduction, Experience & Skills

Bachelor?s degree in marketing or 8 to 10 years channel marketing experience in lieu of degree
3 to 5 years of related experience
Proficiency in analytics software
2 years Salesforce experience
2 years of social media marketing experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS software and Adobe Creative Suite
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail, leadership skills and ability to solve problems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of marketing strategy and traditional and digital media channels
Excellent research and data analysis skills
Pay Range & Work Schedule:

This position is a Grade 10, with a pay rate ranging from $29.88 to $44.82 per hour
The anticipated pay rate for new hires is between the low-end and midpoint of the range, depending on experience
The pay rates listed above are based upon the geographic location of our Administrative Offices in Modesto, CA using the greater Central Valley area for our pay range calculations
Full Time, typically 40 hours per week. Schedule will be based around normal business operating hours
