About this Role
As Channel Operations Manager (within the Sales team), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of our sales and distribution channels (dealers and agents). Your mission is to ensure smooth, efficient channel operations — from onboarding and network configuration to ongoing performance management — while supporting sales growth, compliance, and partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all sales channels: dealers, agents, and other distribution partners. Ensure operational processes are standardized, efficient and aligned with company policies.
Collaborate with dealers, agents, and internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, compliance) to resolve operational issues, facilitate resource allocation, and support channel performance.
Monitor channel performance metrics (sales volume, coverage, compliance, partner KPIs), identify underperformance or inefficiencies, and implement corrective or optimization strategies.
Support the development and enforcement of channel policies, procedures, and compliance standards, ensuring each channel partner meets legal and operational requirements.
Facilitate cross‑departmental coordination — especially between sales, marketing, product, logistics, and compliance — to enable smooth channel operations and unified business execution.
Manage channel‑related logistics, resources, documentation, and administrative tasks associated with partner management.
Prepare and deliver regular reports on channel performance, partner issues, operational metrics, and improvement proposals to senior management.
Strengthen partner relationships through regular communication, support, training, and feedback mechanisms; drive initiatives to enhance partner satisfaction and collaboration.
