Roles and Responsibilities
· Meeting CP’s regularly and interacting with CP team on daily basis thru calls for leads, site visit and for bookings.
· Monitoring CP leads on daily basis in Portal.
· Follow up to be done thru Cp’s on Site Visited clients for revisit and for bookings ( In Whatsapp Group )
· Maintain excel sheet for Cp’s clients Site Visits and bookings.
All calls to be attended while Cp’s calling for any assitance.
· On regular basis update to be given to all Cp’s on the Costing Sheet / New Campaign on all projects
· Coordinating with our LMT team on the site visits scheduled by CP team.
· Coordinating with Sales team with Cp’s while clients Visits our projects.
· l Coordinating with MIS team to get the leads registered and assigned to LMT
· l Ensure all freshleads to be attended by LMT on daily basis ( CP leads )
· l Any issues on the Leads Conflict / Bookings to be intimated immediately to the reporting boss.
Weekly Routine :
· Sending leads feedback to the respective Cp’s to increase the leads quality.
· Sending feedback of the site visited clients to Cp’s to push the clients for revisit and for bookings.
· Sharing project knowledge to CP team while meeting them in their office.
· Meeting Sales team on the both Projects and interact with them on the Cp’s clients site visits & bookings.
· Mail to be sent to CRM team to get the details of the registration bookings done thru Cp’s.
· Raising Invoices for bookings done thru Cp’s and to follow with Mgt and accounts team to release the payment.
Monthly Routine :
· Maintain excel sheet for Cp’s clients Site Visits and bookings for every month.
· Monthly CP report to be sent to Mgt on the leads, Site Visits and bookings & Cummulative report also to be done.
· 5 New Cp’s be recurrted every month.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Should have a minimum of 5 years of real estate experience
· Should have exclusively handled a minimum of 25 Channel Sales in Chennai region Preferable to have an MBA degree in Marketing
· Should be fluent in English Tamil. Hindi is advantageous.
· Should have positive attitude be a go-getter
