With a pan-India presence and active listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and IndiaMart, Connect System is poised for rapid expansion in the switchgear segment.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and manage the channel sales strategy for switchgear products.• Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners across regions.• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.• Strengthen relationships with channel partners through regular engagement and support.• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams for promotional activities and product training.• Monitor inventory, credit control, and payment collection from channel partners.• Drive the adoption of digital tools for tracking sales and partner performance.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.• Proven track record in channel sales within the electrical/switchgear sector.• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
