Responsibilities
• Develop a sound Knowledge of the consumer base across India starting from Pune
• Expand Maruk and Temburini’s presence and market share throughout India via indirect channels
• Align KPIs with core team/leadership goals
• Develop 'Route to Market' strategy’ - identify focus geographies, distribution channels, trade partners, and portfolio mix for expansion
• Channel development - Manage and lead associations - retail, dealer, hawker
• Ensure brand visibility at high footfall outlets
• Liaise with distribution partners for brand availability in market
• Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to increase instore and onstore visibility
• Increase footprint and strengthen consumer engagement program
• Execute strategic projects on sales and channel excellence
• Prioritise and handle trade spends for channel
• Manage budget and ROI for all channel activation
• Create positive eco-system for business to thrive
• Ensure in market visibility during product launches
• Work closely with digital team to curate content based on your travel and interactions
• Own the sales calendar - Work closely with core team to manage sales strategies and its execution
• Coordinate supply chain, inventory and commercial spends alongside recruitment and training for the regions
• Analyse impact on brand, retails & enquiries. provide updates, reports on campaigns and escalate issues when necessary
