• Our ISP Operations have presence in 100+ towns in Rajasthan.
• We are having our own 10G Dark Fiber connectivity with 40+ nodes covering 80% of Jaipur city.
• Today we are serving 17k+ Retail Customers and 250+ Corporate Customers across Rajasthan.
• 80 member strong team along with 600 indirect team members are always committed to meet customer needs, ably supported by our central NOC and Customer Service teams
• Fastest growing ISP in Rajasthan and the only ISP with Facebook/Google and Netflix servers installed at our NOC
Job Description :
• Achieve sales targets for subscriber activation and revenue in the assigned territory as per approved CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) norms
• Partner and customer management to deliver the consistent Spiderlink experience as per SLAs.
• Engage with the DSTs and Partner associates by timely training interventions on plans/tarrif, competition benchmarking and other SOPs from sales, technology and customer service
• Proactively update CRM/Sales leads
• Maintain good relations with RWAs and other enablers/influencers to achieve assigned KPIs
• Manages potential channel conflict by collaboration with other stakeholders within the approved SOPs
• Feedback to Marketing, Sales, Technoloyg, Customer Service to improve market share, customer and partner experience
• Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements and drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners
