Channel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Manager to join our team at Antal International. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in channel management, preferably in beverage vending services.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management: Identify and onboard new channel partners, provide support and training to ensure success, manage performance, develop strategies to improve sales and revenue, and create and manage budgets and forecasts.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, work closely with them to achieve mutual goals, and collaborate with the sales team to align efforts.
Industry Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions, and attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company.
Performance Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales and revenue.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in channel management, preferably in beverage vending services.
Certifications/Skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, ability to build and maintain relationships, strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, time management and organizational skills, flexibility and adaptability to change, and a desire to learn and grow in the channel management field.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
