Required Experience
· At least 7-10 years’ of experience in selling B2B SaaS-based, complex Enterprise Software solutions and exclusive knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or related direct application sales.
· At least 5+ years of Sales enablement experience out of which a significant part as a Lead
· (Manager) and must possess ownership qualities, self-motivation and should be individual contributor in complete sales cycle.
· Must possess a strong business acumen, entrepreneurial thinking, and should be good at understanding complex business processes/models of sales performance metrics with positive approach and focus on result delivery.
· Must have excellent Acquirements, Planning, Organizational and Management skills and should be able to prioritize work as per business requirements and influence cross functions at multiple levels in fast-paced and high-growth environment, with expertise in client identification and client success management.
· Must be flexible to adapt organizational work culture and should be comfortable with field sales.
Must have kno· wledge of Data Management both at MS-Excel and CRM, and knowledge of using sales platforms like Hubspot, Google Suite etc would be an asset.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Continuous focus on strategic planning for meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and to be innovative with positive forethoughts to meet revenue objectives.
· Would be working with inter-departmental teams to create an emphatic and meaningful relationship with stakeholders (both internally and externally).
· Working towards development of a robust sales pipeline and carry out sales process to identify the needs of large enterprise companies having multiple outlets.
· Forecast and Pre-planning the work in a structured way for sales related queries and issues during the client acquisition and pre-sales.
Education & Other Requirements
· Post-graduate in management (MBA or equivalent) with specialization in Sales & Marketing or related field from a reputed university/institution.
· Required excellent language and communication skills (interpersonal and presentation), closing know-how, and have successfully applied these in previous sales roles.
· Must have own vehicle to cover day to day market.
· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
· Proficient in MS - Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable using a computer and technical applications for various tasks
