Job Description
Plan, strategize and create an executable action plan to achieve the planned revenue quarter on quarter. To appoint channel partners (Dealers) to expand the geographical coverage of Credo planters. Accountable to develop, implement and manage Business Development activities and help the channel team deliver their financial targets. Scanning information from external sources /industry for market information for relevant business opportunities.
Organize Local marketing activities to support sales Monitor sales performance on a daily basis to ensure daily activities targets are met.
Create and develop a broad range of business development activities to generate leads and create market awareness Interaction with all internal departments and customers/potential customers Maintain the required manpower at the channel partner network to achieve business target at all times Daily reporting to the Management on sales (input vs output activities)
Candidate Requirements:
Must have knowledge of Dealer management, Retail operations, MS Office, data analytics At least 5-8 years post qualification experience in a reputed company of which at least 2-5 years experience in handling team independently.
Ability to plan the distribution management Excellent oral and written communication along with presentation and negotiation skills Must have his own bike.
