Job Responsibilities
Responsibility of handling the Distributer's, and Dealer's entire distribution network in terms of
order booking, order tracking & negotiation.
Keeping abreast with new products/technologies.
Keeping track of ongoing projects ensuring customer delight.
Lead a team of Area Executives in an assigned geographic area and responsible for Team
Target.
Responsible to motivate and support the team in achieving performance goals.
Support the retention of existing partners and pursue leads to expand the partner network.
Responsible to meets operational requirements: Promotional Programs, Analytical
Competitor Reporting, Market Operating Reviews, Cost, Penetration, Receivables, etc.
Ensure submission of daily activity report to RM & monthly performance report to Head.
Talking with customers to understand, anticipate and meet their needs; both through
channel partners and directly with customers.
Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in CRM and
to establish internal communication systems.
Should be capable of making Monthly/Weekly/Quarterly/Yearly schemes.
Maintaining internal tools such as Pricelists and Quotations.
Actively target and build prospect Distributors/Dealers.
Keeping close watch & reporting competitor's activity & threats.
Should be able to display more of Lafit Products at retail counters etc.
To appoint exclusive Dealers & Distributors across respective areas.
Keep update of all customer base with new products.
To Tally accounts with all customers on a monthly basis.
To collect payment from all customers as per payment terms.
To explain Dealers / Distributors & End Customers about the USP of products.
To push & promote Slow Moving Products.
To take Daily, weekly & Monthly Sales Report from the Team.
To draw Sales Plan & to ensure that its implemented.
To visit Dealers & Distributors regularly.
Desired Candidate
1) The candidate must have relevant experience.
2) The candidate must be minimum a Graduate.
3) The candidate must have excellent communication skill, English proficiency & ability to convince.
