Purpose of the job is to develop and enhance AI Risk governance and protection standards, adoption requirements and provide implementation support and advice to others to ensure the appropriate application of these standards and requirements. Creating guidelines for the practitioners and act as subject matter expert in AI risk and governance
We seek an enthusiastic Chapter Lead with a passion for governance, enablement of analytics for value creation and people.
Role Profile
As Enabling Analytics Chapter lead your responsibilities include:
• Lead overall model governance and model risk management in CPBB, coordinating with data science, technology, and business teams on design and implementation, and partnering with other governance forum/council
• Design, establish, and implement a comprehensive AI model governance structure & process for model life cycle, including AI ethics and data oversight/privacy utilizing industry standards for analytics methodologies
• Partner actively with data science, governess forum/council and technology teams for translating overall governance adherence into actionable requirements,
• Designing and implementing the required framework to adhere the bank's overall governance
• Working with cross- functional teams to design, define the implementation/automation of the analytics solution
• Leading and building craftmanship on AI Risk and governance
• Continuously improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes
• Ensure effective management of operational risks within the function and compliance with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations
Grow your chapter
• Performance management: Manage the performance evaluations of your chapter members, based on input from the Product Owner and peers Identifies top performance and takes action at an early stage for underperformance.
• Resourcing Hire new talents – retain existing ones Manage resource planning in your chapter with the Area Lead and other stakeholders like the Product Owners of the squads.
• People management Encourage & support chapter members to develop themselves (e.g. training opportunities, rotating missions, etc.) Provide active coaching on both professional & personal development aspects Foster knowledge sharing within your chapter, to help each other grow
• Strategy Help translate the Analytics strategy into concrete deliverables for the squads
