Tasks & Responsibilities
As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities are to:
initiate conversations, build rapport, and promote a holiday package that includes experiences with SUPERCARS
set up the on-site conversation between qualified target buyers and our Sales Agents (Closers)
work in different shopping centres alongside Supercar Holidays displays and other locations across Melbourne
engage in face-to-face promotional sales
meet daily KPI's and Sales Targets
attend daily/weekly morning trainings
Qualifications & Experience
Charming, Charismatic, and Fun-loving
Excellent face-to-face communication skills
Strong self-confidence & motivation skills
Ability to influence others
POSITIVE and RESILIENT personality traits
Solutions-focused Problem-solver
Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience - REQUIRED
Candidates with extensive experience in sales, promotions, or fundraising
