This is a permanent, full-time position with a 12-hour shift pattern, 24/7 coverage.
Applications are invited from Registered Nurses trained in general or adult nursing, registered with the NMC, to join our enthusiastic team within the NHS GG&C Coronary Care unit. This full-time post (37 hours per week) involves rotational day and night shifts from Monday to Sunday. The CCU cares for patients with complex acute cardiac conditions, such as Myocardial Infarction, requiring invasive or non-invasive monitoring.
We seek motivated individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a Coronary Care environment, committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Essential qualifications include current NMC registration, evidence of professional development, basic IT skills, good communication skills, and enthusiasm for working in a cardiac care setting. Evidence of current NMC registration will be required before the start date.
