Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care to patients and their families/whanau. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to deliver high-quality care, while also contributing to the ongoing development of excellent practice and the professional workforce within the service.
About the Team
Our team is committed to providing high-quality care to patients and their families/whanau. We work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), Clinical Nurse Specialist, other Charge Nurse Managers across the Adult Inpatient Group, and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure the overall provision of quality care for service users.
Key Requirements
Must either hold or have commenced the postgraduate pathway with a focus on mental health nursing.
Must be registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand and have Mental Health Scope with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
Expert communication, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to engage people at all levels.
