About the Position
The Convergent Charging expert will be responsible for configuring and customizing SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging, and related systems. This role requires expertise in overall SAP BRIM Solution stack integrations with experience in SAP CX and BRIM integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and customize SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging, and related systems
• Develop strong understanding of SAP Customer experience stack with CRM, CPQ, Commerce
• Integrate SAP CX and BRIM architecture with expertise in overall SAP BRIM Solution stack
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have hands-on experience in Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services) and knowledge in SAP VC/AVC/SSC based product configuration.
