• Will be responsible for working with RTB in day to day support of the production environment for any business queries., production issues and work with BTB team to solve production incidents
• Working with business areas to obtain and clarify detailed technical requirements; Designing, coding and unit testing software components for new or enhanced IT systems to a high level of quality;
• Providing technical support to Project Managers and Business Analysts; developing an in-depth awareness of relevant software design /development tools and processes, with the aim of providing technical assistance to support their assignment area.
• Providing support to the local head of development, deputising where nominated and required.
What will you be doing?
• Ability to investigate productions issues in the production environment and propose technical support to business to deal with a production issue.
• Work with RTB and BTB to find a workaround and propose solution to business for an issue until the issue if fixed.
• Rapidly learn the Wealth Management and Investment Banking domain.
• Ability to perform complex database analysis and investigate issues based on production data.
• Ability to update business and technology team within SLA for an issue.
• Very good in database and PL/SQL.
• Ability to learn Charles River and its complex features.
• Work with testers to verify the solution.
• Rework defects and take part in defect analysis
• Experienced in ServiceNow.
• Ability to status update leads and stakeholders.
