Nous sommes à la recherche d’un charpentier-menuisier expérimenté et autonome pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique spécialisée en rénovation générale et restauration après sinistre sur la Rive-Nord de Montréal.

Tes responsabilités :

Agir comme chef d’équipe sur les chantiers de rénovation et d’après-sinistre. (Selon profil et préférences)
Gérer et encadrer les membres de l’équipe afin d’assurer la qualité et l’efficacité des travaux. (Selon profil et préférences)
Lire, comprendre et appliquer les devis d’assurance.
Planifier et organiser l’horaire des travaux en fonction des chantiers à venir.
Participer activement aux travaux de charpenterie, menuiserie et rénovation.
Profil recherché :

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en rénovation après sinistre.
Au moins 1 an d’expérience en gestion d’équipe dans le domaine.
Habiletés en planification, organisation et communication.
Personne ponctuelle, assidue, proactive et axée sur la qualité.
