Job Objective:
To oversee the complete accounting, taxation, and financial reporting functions of Synergy Corporation with zero tolerance for calculation errors. Ensure statutory compliances, manage audits, and liaise effectively with external Chartered Accountants, government departments, and banks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts for both domestic and international operations (India & UAE).
Ensure strict compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law requirements.
Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual returns, including GST, TDS, and advance tax.
Independently handle internal and statutory audits, including coordination with external auditors and timely closure of audit reports.
Supervise the preparation of MIS reports, cost control sheets, cash flow projections, and budget variance analysis with 100% accuracy.
Manage accounting of import-export transactions, foreign remittances, LC documentation, customs duty reconciliation, and BOE filing.
Monitor and review all vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers to ensure accuracy and prevent calculation or classification errors.
Maintain control over payables and receivables, including vendor reconciliations and client outstanding follow-ups in coordination with the commercial team.
Ensure timely and accurate inventory accounting, fixed asset register maintenance, and depreciation workings.
Regularly interface with external CA firms, tax consultants, bankers, and statutory bodies for various compliance matters.
Support in finalization of annual accounts, board presentations, and internal financial reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (ICWA).
5–8 years of experience in industrial goods / capital equipment companies, preferably with import-export exposure.
In-depth knowledge of Tally, GSTN Portal, MS Excel, and familiarity with CRM / ERP software.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail with zero tolerance for calculation mistakes.
Excellent communication skills for reporting and inter-department coordination.
Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and manage audits independently.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in capital goods / engineering / EPC / industrial sales companies.
Exposure to MSME accounting norms, international taxation, and project-based accounting.
Prior experience working with public sector clients like NTPC, BHEL, IOCL, and handling documentation for PSU audits.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
