Charter Sales & Business Development Executive – Private Jet Charters
📍 Location: Mumbai – Goregaon
💰 Compensation: Salary based on experience, talent & skills + Performance-Based Incentives
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Charter Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our private jet charter business. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about luxury aviation, high-value sales, and elite client engagement, with responsibility across charter sales, client acquisition, and end-to-end flight execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
• Identify and onboard HNI, UHNI, corporate, VIP, and institutional clients
• Generate leads through databases, referrals, digital platforms, and networking
• Proactively engage clients via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations
• Convert inquiries into confirmed charter bookings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
2. Charter Sales & Execution
• Handle charter requests from inquiry to flight completion
• Coordinate with aircraft operators to secure optimal aircraft options and pricing
• Prepare accurate quotations, contracts, and timely follow-ups
• Support flight execution including:
• Landing & overflight permissions
• Ground handling coordination
• Catering, crew logistics, and special passenger requirements
3. Industry Networking & Partnerships
• Develop strong relationships with aircraft owners, operators, and aviation service providers
• Attend industry events, meetings, and networking forums
• Ensure strict confidentiality of all client and company data
4. Flight Coordination & Client Support
• Monitor flights from departure to arrival to ensure seamless execution
• Be present at airports for flight coordination and VIP passenger assistance when required
• Visit client offices or meeting locations as per business requirements
• Resolve last-minute operational challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Working Hours & Flexibility
🕙 Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
🔁 Flexibility Required: Work hours may extend beyond office timings based on operational needs, flight schedules, and client requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✔ Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
✔ Active on phone and responsive beyond standard hours when required
✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Willingness to travel domestically & internationally
✔ Long-term commitment with a minimum tenure of three years
