Job Description: Charted Accountant (2-3 Years of Post CA Experience)
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. They ensure that these reports adhere to accounting standards and provide accurate and timely information for decision-making.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. They interpret financial information and present it to senior management, highlighting key findings and making recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Internal Controls: Maintaining effective internal controls is a vital aspect of an accounting manager's role. They establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and prevent fraud or errors. They may also collaborate with auditors during internal or external audits.
• Staff Supervision and Development: Accounting managers often lead a team of accountants and financial professionals. They provide guidance, training, and support to their team members, delegate tasks, and ensure that work is completed accurately and on time. They may also conduct performance evaluations and participate in hiring or recruitment processes.
• Systems and Processes Improvement: Continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and technology is another responsibility of an accounting manager. They identify areas for enhancement, streamline workflows, and implement new tools or software to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Compliance and Regulations: Accounting managers keep abreast of changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws. They ensure that the organization remains compliant with these regulations, filing tax returns accurately and on time and providing required financial disclosures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Accounting managers interact with various stakeholders, including executives, department heads, auditors, and external parties such as banks or regulatory agencies. They provide financial insights, respond to inquiries, and facilitate effective communication to support decision-making and foster transparency.
Requirements:
• Qualification: CA, B Com
• Experience: 2-3 Years Post Qualification

Salary: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
