Job Description
NJ Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join
our finance team as a Senior Chartered Accountant. The ideal candidate should have a strong
background in finance, accounting, and taxation, with a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant
experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management:
• Oversee the financial operations of the company.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
2. Taxation:
• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Provide guidance on tax planning and optimization.
3. Audit and Compliance:
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Collaborate in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances.
5. Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Financial Analysis:
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Manufacturing Experience Preferred:
• Oversee financial activities within the manufacturing sector, ensuring compliance with
accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cost accounting processes for the production of renewable energy from various
sources.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to optimize manufacturing operations, budgeting, and
forecasting for sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial controls and contribute to NJ
Renewables' mission of promoting eco-friendly energy solutions since 1++5.
Qualifications:
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification
experience.
2. Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
