• Manage projects to successfully bring the process changes
• Manage Compliance & Regulatory requirements for the Product
• Follow the market trends to look for new opportunities to grow the business
• Improving processes and implementing best practices
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
External – Corporate Finance and Ops Team
Internal – Sales, Operation, Credit, Compliance, Risk
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance or Graduate from Finance faculty with relevant work experience to manage credit related activities

Industry Knowledge
• Well versed to understand the company financials and conduct credit reviews
• Need to be good in planning and executing the requirements in a structured way
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relations with internal & external stakeholders
